Hisham Kabir is Chief Operating Officer of Ideal caterers a leading outdoor caterer in Kochi and having services in Trivandrum and Kottayam. Hisham also owns a restaurant called The Dining Room Located M.G.Road, in Kochi.
He is the first Entrepreneur to successfully incubate out from CIFT Business Incubation Cell (a Govt of India Enterprise) He has launched a ready to cook curry paste with brand name freedom kitchen, using technology from DFRL (Defense Food Research Laboratory in Mysore). Prior to this, he was the regional operations manager of Ideasonic Studios, a US, based multidisciplinary content & creative syndicate.
An MBA from MET, Mumbai and an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute Of Business Management, Pune, has worked with several communication and advertising agencies in the country before being a part of Ideasonic.
An avid auto enthusiast has conducted exhibition on the advertising history of Volkswagon ads, which is among the most celebrated advertising campaigns in the world the exhibition was held at The Durbar Hall Arts Gallery, in Ernakulam, the exhibition was also conducted at MET Campus Mumbai. Hisham is also a startup analyst in food processing and franchising sector.
He is also a guest faculty at various management institutes in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. He talks about entrepreneurship, advertising strategies, and business management. He has given guest talk to management students at Rajagiri Institute Of Management, Amrita Business School Coimbatore, MET Mumbai, TKM Institute of Management, to name a few.
